Freshwater Merch Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Freshwater gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items marked as final

  • Custom or personalised products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and make a new purchase. Reach out to us here if you need help reordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out immediately — at no cost to you.
